Payment Methods

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy sets out the terms and conditions governing payments made on artisglow.com (“we”, “our”, “us”). It applies to every order placed from Vietnam or for delivery within Vietnam and supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Available Payment Options

3. How to Pay

3.1 VietQR Bank Transfer

  1. Choose “VietQR” at checkout. The system generates a dynamic QR code that already contains:

    • Beneficiary bank:

    • Account name:

    • Account number:

    • Transfer amount and unique order ID in the remark field.

  2. Open your mobile-banking app → tap “Scan to Pay” → scan the QR.

  3. Verify the pre-filled details and authorize the transaction within 15 minutes to avoid expiration.

  4. We auto-match your payment in real-time; an e-mail/SMS confirmation is sent within 5 minutes.

  5. Orders paid after 17:00 (UTC+7) are processed the next business day.

Important: Never edit the transfer amount or remark. Manual changes may delay automatic verification.

3.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  1. Choose “Cash on Delivery” at checkout.

  2. Confirm the shipping address and cash payment amount displayed.

  3. Our logistics partner will contact you before delivery.

  4. Pay the exact amount to the courier. They will hand you a paper receipt.

  5. Inspect the parcel before signing. Refusal to pay/cancel on delivery will incur return-shipping costs charged to the customer’s next order.

4. Currency & Exchange

All prices are listed and payable in Vietnamese đồng (VND). Foreign-currency accounts paying via VietQR will be converted to VND by the issuing bank at its prevailing rate. We are not liable for exchange-rate differences or cross-border fees.

5. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • VietQR uses the NAPAS secure switching network and 2-factor authentication required by your bank.

  • We never request additional payments to personal accounts or via third-party apps.

  • Suspicious or mismatched payments are held for manual review; orders remain on hold until verified.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Cash refunds are not offered.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may amend this policy without prior notice. Changes apply to orders placed after the effective date shown below.
