1. 7-Day Return Eligibility

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition

    • Packaged in its original packaging

    • Accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of order

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • You will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to our address after your request is approved.

Note on Shipping Costs:

– We provide a free return shipping label for defective or incorrect items.

– For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed only to your original payment method. Cash refunds are not offered.

    • For VietQR orders: The refund will be sent to the originating bank account.
    • For COD orders: You will be asked to provide bank account details to receive the refund.

  • Refund Processing Times:

    • Within 3 business days for orders canceled before dispatch.
    • Within 7 business days for returned items or undelivered parcels.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in the case of defective or incorrect items).

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Products not purchased directly from artisglow.com

5. Exchanges

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We will send you a replacement item as per our policy.
  • Other Reasons (e.g., change of color, size): Please follow the return process and place a new order once your refund is processed.
